W obiekcie wymieniona zostanie instalacja elektryczna, dach, podłogi, drzwi, położone zostaną nowe tynki i wyremontowane sanitariaty. Rozpoczęcie prac planowane jest w pierwszej dekadzie marca, a zakończenie w styczniu 2011 r. Około 75 proc. kosztów pokrytych zostanie z Programu Rozwoju i Odnowy Wsi, reszta z budżetu gminy. Modernizacja wewnątrz budynku kosztować ma 760 tys. zł.
